As an Informatica Cloud MDM Administrator with 12 years of experience, your role involves setting up and managing enterprise-grade MDM platforms using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) on AWS. Your responsibilities include: - **MDM Platform Setup & Configuration:** - Establish foundational MDM architecture using Informatica Cloud. - Define core data models, match and merge rules, survivorship logic, and data quality standards. - Configure business entities like Person and Organization using Smart Fields and Document-style modeling. - Align platform setup with Informatica Cloud best practices for scalability, performance, and governance. - **Access Licensing Management:** - Administer Informatica licensing including entitlement management, license activation, and renewal. - Configure role-based access control for developers, testers, operators, and data stewards. - Manage organizational hierarchy within IDMC (Informatica Data Management Cloud). - **Environment Setup:** - Design and implement isolated environments for Dev, QA, Pre Prod, and Prod. - Define environment-specific configurations and deployment strategies. - Monitor environment health, job performance, and audit logs. - **CI CD Pipeline Implementation:** - Build CI CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS-native tools. - Automate deployment of mappings, workflows, and configurations using Informatica REST API. - Maintain version control and release management using Git strategies. - **Cloud Infrastructure Integration:** - Deploy and manage Informatica Cloud components on AWS. - Configure data integration workflows with AWS services like S3, RDS, Redshift, and Glue. Additionally, it would be nice to have familiarity with integrating Informatica Cloud MDM with Databricks Lakehouse architecture, understanding ELT/ETL workflows between MDM and Databricks SQL Warehouses, and experience with Databricks Asset Bundles or Terraform for environment provisioning. Your preferred skills should include strong SQL and data profiling capabilities, experience with Agile delivery and tools like JIRA and Confluence, knowledge of the Property and Casualty Insurance domain, and Python scripting for automation and validation.
