About the Role

IT Partner, ERP Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted IT partner to senior stakeholders across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, providing guidance on leveraging Infor LN ERP for business excellence.
• Lead the design, rollout, and governance of Infor LN solutions, ensuring they are aligned with both global IT standards and local business needs.
• Partner with functional heads to analyze business processes and recommend digital/ERP-driven improvements that enhance efficiency, cost control, and decision-making.
• Manage end-to-end ERP lifecycle activities including upgrades, integrations, and enhancements with minimal disruption to operations.
• Oversee vendor and partner engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, cost optimization, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide leadership in change management and user adoption, ensuring smooth transition to new ERP functionalities and capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage Infor LN and related digital tools (e.g., reporting/analytics, automation).
• Ensure ERP and IT processes comply with data governance, IT security, and audit requirements.
• Mentor junior IT team members, contributing to building internal ERP expertise.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Masters preferred.
• 12 - 16 years of progressive IT experience with a strong focus on ERP systems in manufacturing environments.
• Proven expertise in Infor LN ERP, with hands-on knowledge of modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement,
• Demonstrated success in partnering with senior leadership to translate business strategies into IT solutions.
• Strong track record of leading ERP projects including upgrades, migrations, integrations, and global rollouts.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing at senior levels.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain workflows, and financial controls.
• Ability to operate in a matrix/global environment, balancing local needs with corporate IT strategy.
