Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive / Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Influencer Marketing professional to manage end-to-end creator campaigns for one of our leading FMCG clients. The role requires strong creator scouting, sharp content understanding, operational discipline, and confident client handling. The ideal candidate should be able to independently drive campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaign execution including briefing, shortlisting, negotiations, content tracking, approvals, go-lives, and reporting.
  • Scout and shortlist creators aligned with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with creators, managers, platforms, and agencies to avoid delays and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Review scripts, concepts, and content drafts with strong creative judgment to ensure quality and brand compliance.
  • Maintain all trackers, timelines, campaign sheets, and documentation with high operational accuracy.
  • Manage legal, financial, and documentation workflows including contracts, invoices, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and deliver insights-driven summaries for clients.
  • Communicate confidently with clients, share updates proactively, and address challenges before they escalate.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and quality of influencer campaign delivery.

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to scout creators quickly and accurately for FMCG brand requirements.
  • Sharp content and script evaluation skills with the ability to close approvals fast.
  • Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities with strong adherence to timelines.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • High operational discipline across trackers, timelines, and reporting.
  • Bonus: Existing creator or manager network.

Tools & Platform Proficiency

  • Social platforms:

    Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, X

  • E-commerce platforms:

    Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart

  • AI tools:

    ChatGPT, Gemini

  • Basic proficiency in

    Excel / Google Sheets

    , dashboards, and campaign management tools

Qualification & Experience

  • 3 months to 6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Content roles.
  • Experience with FMCG brands or agencies working on FMCG accounts is highly preferred.
  • Background in advertising, content, or social media agencies is an added advantage.
