Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Sector 63, Noida (Onsite)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM IST

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and affiliate partners to promote our products and services. • Manage affiliate partnerships, including negotiating and maintaining contracts, creating and distributing affiliate communications, and tracking and reporting on affiliate performance. • Track and report on campaign performance, including analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for optimization. • Work closely with our marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage influencer and affiliate partnerships. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to influencer marketing and affiliate programs.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing and affiliate campaigns. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliate partners. • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and affiliate marketing platforms. • Experience with performance marketing and ROI-driven campaigns. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Passion for marketing and a willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. • Experience with Shopify collaboration is a plus!
