Influencer Marketing Manager

Build campaigns that connect brands with creators.

At Marque Berry, we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who understands the creator ecosystem and can turn brand objectives into impactful influencer campaigns.

You'll be responsible for identifying the right creators, managing brand collaborations, executing campaigns, and ensuring smooth coordination from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Creator Discovery & Outreach

• Identify relevant influencers and content creators based on brand requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong network of creators across categories and platforms.
• Reach out to influencers, negotiate commercials, and manage partnerships.

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for brands.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, content approvals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Work closely with creators and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage multiple campaigns while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Brand Coordination & Performance

• Understand brand objectives and recommend suitable creators and campaign approaches.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and creator partners.
• Track campaign deliverables, reach, engagement, and other relevant metrics.
• Prepare campaign reports and identify opportunities to improve performance.

Who We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or campaign management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of social media trends and the influencer ecosystem.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders independently.
• A proactive, organised individual who takes ownership and gets things done.
• Experience working at a marketing agency or with consumer brands is a plus.
