Job Description

Influencer Marketing Manager (2–4 years experience)

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) | Full-time

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead collaborations with wellness creators, micro-influencers, and habit champions across India.

What you'll do:

Identify, onboard, and manage a network of aligned influencers (wellness, lifestyle, parenting, 30+ audience)
Drive content partnerships — paid, barter, and affiliate-based
Co-create engaging campaigns and UGC formats with creators
Manage influencer pipelines, negotiations, and relationship building
Track content performance, deliverables, and ROIs
Coordinate with PR and performance teams to amplify reach

What we’re looking for:

2–4 years of influencer marketing experience in D2C, FMCG, or wellness brands
Strong understanding of creator economy and Instagram/YouTube trends
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Bonus: You know what a “30+ women TG” wants to see on their feed
