Influencer Marketing Intern

At Flo Mattress, we’re redefining sleep for the modern consumer. As a fast-growing D2C brand in the sleep and wellness space, we believe in the power of storytelling and digital-first engagement. We're now looking for a passionate and driven Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team and help us scale our influencer partnerships across key platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in identifying and shortlisting influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Support in outreach, negotiation, and onboarding of content creators
• Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content creation, delivery, and posting
• Track and maintain a database of influencer activities and performance
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure influencer content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals
• Assist in analyzing campaign performance, reach, engagement, and ROI
• Stay up-to-date with influencer trends, content formats, and viral campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about social media, content creation, and influencer ecosystems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Canva, or influencer tools is a bonus

Internship Details:

• Location: Onsite – Flo Mattress HQ, Sakinaka, Mumbai
• Working Hours: 6 hours/day, Monday to Saturday
• Duration: 6 months
• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
