Influencer Marketing

Happie Dealz is an exclusive job and deals platform for marketing professionals and HRs. We partner with brands and influencers to create buzz, boost brand awareness, and drive engagement. We’re looking for an energetic influencer marketing executive to build and grow influencer collaborations across industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers for brand campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators
• Coordinate campaign briefs, deliverables, and timelines
• Negotiate collaborations, barter deals, and performance-based partnerships
• Track campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Research trends and suggest creative influencer strategies
• Maintain a database of influencers across categories and regions

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiar with Instagram, YouTube, and other influencer platforms
• Creative mindset with an eye for trends and content
• Organized with follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of influencer platforms like Winkl, Upfluence, or similar (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
