Influencer Marketing Coordinator

As a Community Building Manager at Aminu, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the way our company connects with creators and communities. You will experiment with new collaboration models, amplify the brand in organic ways, and engage with our audience to create meaningful connections. Community and influencer marketing are integral parts of how we tell our story and interact with our audience. Key Responsibilities: - Work with individuals of influence, creators for collaborations, product seeding, reviews, & campaigns. - Run affiliate programs and track performance to strengthen partnerships. - Collaborate with the B2B team and partners for creator-led activations. - Secure and manage content rights to creator collaborations and repurpose content across channels. - Support PR and brand campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement. - Keep the community engaged and aligned with Aminus voice and values. - Track results, report insights, and utilize data to enhance campaigns. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience, preferably in PR or influencer marketing. - A flexible and creative approach to working with influencers, avoiding rigid one-size-fits-all methods. - Strong understanding of creators, collaboration models, and social trends. - Proficiency in writing, editing scripts, reporting, and managing data. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and collaborate with different teams effectively. - Detail-oriented with the capability to adapt quickly when timelines are tight. - Immediate availability to join.
