Influencer Marketer

Role Overview: You will be working as an Influencer Marketer responsible for planning, executing, and managing collaborations with social media influencers to promote products, services, or campaigns. Your role involves identifying relevant influencers, negotiating partnerships, and tracking campaign performance to ensure brand goals are met. Key Responsibilities: - Creative Storytelling & Content Ideation: - Develop innovative narratives resonating with the essence of Famyo products. - Craft engaging, humorous, and relatable content for social platforms. - Experiment with new content formats like Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts. - Influencer Scouting & Management: - Identify and onboard relevant influencers and kid creators. - Build and nurture relationships with influencers for brand visibility. - Manage influencer shoots aligning with brand aesthetics. - Content Creation & Shooting: - Be hands-on with content creation, shoot, and edit clips independently. - Capture behind-the-scenes moments and influencer collaborations. - Create limited-edition reveal videos and collectible unboxing experiences. - Social Media Management: - Handle social media pages focusing on engagement and organic growth. - Strategically plan content calendars, stories, and interactive sessions. - Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights. - Data Analysis & Optimization: - Track campaign performance, influencer ROI, and engagement metrics. - Leverage insights to enhance influencer strategies and content impact. - Continuously optimize campaigns for brand growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management. - Proven experience in content creation with a portfolio of reels, stories, or YouTube clips. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with social media analytics tools and software. Additional Information: You will be working in-office with fixed shift timings from 10am-7pm (Mon-Sat) and have Sundays off. The location of the job is in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The salary offered is 4-5 LPA.,
