You are an Influencer Marketer responsible for planning, executing, and managing collaborations with social media influencers to promote products, services, or campaigns. Your role involves identifying relevant influencers, negotiating partnerships, and tracking campaign performance to ensure brand goals are met. You will be tasked with creative storytelling and content ideation, developing innovative narratives that resonate with the essence of Famyo products. Crafting engaging, humorous, and relatable content for social platforms, you will drive excitement for new product drops and limited-edition collections. Additionally, experimenting with new content formats such as Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts is essential to build brand fandom among kids and parents. In terms of influencer scouting and management, you will identify and onboard influencers, kid creators, and micro-celebrities that align with Famyos collectible brand positioning. Building and nurturing relationships with influencers to amplify brand visibility through authentic storytelling is a key aspect of your role. You will also manage influencer shoots, ensuring alignment with Famyos brand aesthetics and character-driven narratives. Your responsibilities include being hands-on with content creation, shooting, and editing clips, reels, and product videos independently if required. Capturing behind-the-scenes moments, product styling, and influencer collaborations for organic engagement is crucial. Additionally, creating limited-edition reveal videos and collectible unboxing experiences will be part of your content creation tasks. Handling Famyo's social media pages with a focus on engagement, humor, and organic growth is another key responsibility. You will strategically plan and execute content calendars, stories, and interactive sessions while analyzing performance metrics and optimizing content based on data-driven insights. Tracking campaign performance, influencer ROI, and engagement metrics is crucial for your role. Leveraging insights to enhance influencer strategies and content impact, you will continuously optimize campaigns to drive brand growth and awareness. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management. Proven experience in content creation and familiarity with social media analytics tools and software are desirable skills.
