Influencer Coordinator

As an Influencer Coordinator at Socially Smart, your role will involve managing collaborations that drive results for our clients. You will be responsible for various key tasks which include: - Influencer Research & Outreach: - Shortlist and onboard influencers from different niches (micro, macro, nano, celebrity). - Maintain a live database categorized by niche, location, and audience type. - Relationship & Campaign Management: - Establish long-term connections with influencers. - Communicate briefs, agree on deliverables, and oversee product/sample dispatch. - Coordinate shoots, deadlines, and approvals with both influencers and clients. - Negotiation & Compliance: - Negotiate costs, deliverables, and timelines effectively. - Content Review & Quality Check: - Ensure influencers adhere to correct hashtags, captions, and brand messaging. - Collaborate with internal creative teams to uphold campaign quality. - Analytics & Reporting: - Monitor campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions. - Generate performance reports and provide insights for campaign optimization. Skills Required: - Strong communication & negotiation skills. - Proficient knowledge of influencer ecosystems on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Moj, etc. - Analytical mindset for tracking ROI & engagement. - Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. - Bonus: Experience with influencer platforms such as Qoruz, Winkl, Plixxo, Upfluence.
