Infection Control Nurse

As an Infection Prevention and Control Officer at our hospital, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing infection prevention and control protocols and policies. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and tracking infection trends and outbreaks, conducting surveillance of hospital-acquired infections (HAIs), and overseeing infection control audits and inspections to ensure compliance with protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Implement strategies to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, including enforcing hand hygiene, isolation procedures, and sterilization protocols. - Provide education and training to hospital staff on infection control practices and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Qualifications Required: - B.Sc. in Nursing along with a Certificate Program in Infection Prevention and Control. - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
