As a Safety Trainer, your role involves competency building for Supervisors and Executives in Steel/ Cement / Power Plant / Chemical Industry. You should have a B.E / B.Tech (Mech/ Civil/ Elec/ Chemical) degree with ADIS / PDIS or any approved safety qualification and possess at least 10+ years of experience. Your responsibilities include providing hands-on training on various safety topics. For the Rigging Supervisor / Expert and Scaffolding Specialist position, you should have a relevant Certification (Rigging-LEEA, LOLER, OPITO, TUV, BV, Scaffolding- CITB/CISRS/STI/VELOSI/Saudi Aramco(SS/SI)) along with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Rigging/Scaffolding of construction projects. As a Safety Engineer / Permit Observer, you will oversee permit issuance, conduct daily safety inspections and hazard identification, ensure compliance with PPE and isolation procedures, and document safety violations and incidents. You should hold a B.Tech / B.E degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Construction Management / Environmental Science with ADIS / PDIS or any approved safety qualification and have at least 4+ years of experience in Safety Roles. If you are applying for the role of a Safety Trainer / Specialist in Process Safety, you will be responsible for competency building for Contract workers and Supervisors in Steel/ Cement / Power Plant / Chemical Industry. You should have a B.E / B.Tech (Mech/ Civil/ Elec/ Chemical) degree with ADIS / PDIS or any approved safety qualification and a minimum of 10+ years of experience. Your duties will include providing hands-on training on various safety topics and implementing PSM standards. As a Behavioral Safety Specialist, your qualifications should include a Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling. With at least 8+ years of experience, preferably in an industrial setting, you will operate a safety-related behavioral modification center, implement behavioral safety programs in the field, conduct counseling, and monitor field-level safety behavior.,
