Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for activated carbon products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients across industrial sectors.
  • Proactively generate leads and convert them into paying customers.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance.
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and attend industry events as required.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to fulfill client requirements.


Requirements


Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or biochemistry,

Around 5 years of external sales experience within the chemical or food & beverage industry (previous experience of selling activated carbon is an advantage),

Ability to effectively engage in verbal and written communications that are timely, direct, concise, clear and relevant, and delivered with appropriate style and tone,

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for achieving results,

Experience with channel partners/distribution management is an advantage.

Ability to drive sales proactively with the ability to quickly identify opportunities, enter new markets, and deliver impactful results.

Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential; proficiency in Hindi Mandatory
