Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Industry Connect Intern, based in Coimbatore. The intern will act as a bridge between FACE Prep and its industry partners, assisting in building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients. Key responsibilities include coordinating partnership opportunities, managing training sessions, supporting consulting activities, overseeing project-related tasks, and contributing to strategic initiatives that align with organisational goals. The intern will actively engage with industry representatives to ensure mutual value creation and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations
• Experience or interest in Training and delivering content effectively
• Sales abilities with communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships
• Familiarity with Consulting and professional engagement with industry stakeholders
• Project Management capabilities, including planning, execution, and collaboration
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and work independently
• Previous exposure to the education or technology industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication, or related fields

Immediate joiners who can be converted to a full time associate after probation. Laptop is mandatory.
