The Role

We’re looking for a high-energy Industrial Sales Rep who loves the open road and face-to-face customer connections. You’ll handle everything—factory visits, relationship building, PO negotiations, and invoicing—while owning results end-to-end.

You Will:

• Travel to client sites (≈ 75%) and build strong, lasting partnerships.

• Manage the full sales cycle: PO receipt → negotiation → invoicing.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries.

• Keep meticulous records of sales activities and outcomes.

You Bring:

• 2+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (aluminium/related field preferred).

• Strong negotiation & communication skills (Hindi & English).

• A self-starter mindset with accountability for results.
