Job Description Role Overview You will be responsible for administering first aid, emergency care, and ongoing treatment for injuries and illnesses that occur in the workplace. Additionally, you will develop and implement occupational health and safety programs to promote wellness and prevent injuries. Conducting pre-employment and regular health assessments for employees will also be part of your duties. Moreover, you will provide health education and training to employees on topics like injury prevention, ergonomics, and the proper use of personal protective equipment. Lastly, you will inspect the workplace to identify potential health and safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.
