Industrial Engineer (I.E) Manager

As an Industrial Engineer (I.E) Manager at FashionC Overseas Exports, located in Sector-65, Noida, you will be responsible for leading the industrial engineering team in a garment manufacturing export house. Your main focus will be on optimizing production efficiency, workflow, cost reduction, quality control, and implementing best practices to enhance manufacturing processes for on-time delivery. Your key responsibilities will include leading, training, and managing a team of industrial engineers, analyzing production processes for inefficiencies and improvements, conducting time and motion studies, collaborating with production and quality teams, designing layouts for manufacturing facilities, working with design teams for cost-effective production processes, monitoring key performance indicators, managing project timelines, overseeing capacity planning, maintaining safety standards, and preparing reports for senior management. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, knowledge of garment production processes, experience in process optimization and lean manufacturing, proficiency in industrial engineering tools and software, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience in garment production and export operations, knowledge of sustainability practices in the textile industry, and certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring a total of 8-10+ years of work experience.,
