Industrial Engineer - Freshers

As an Industrial Engineer in the Knits division, you will be responsible for utilizing your basic knowledge in Line balancing, Efficiency, Skill matrix, Work Study, and Method study. Your role will involve leveraging your educational background in BTech/BSc in Textile/Fashion to contribute effectively to the team. Your analytical skills will be put to good use in making important decisions. Additionally, your proficiency in computer skills will be valuable in carrying out your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Line balancing techniques to optimize workflow - Enhance Efficiency by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks - Maintain and update Skill matrix to ensure appropriate task allocation - Conduct Work Study to analyze and improve existing processes - Perform Method study to enhance productivity and quality Qualifications Required: - BTech/BSc in Textile/Fashion - Good analytical skills - Proficiency in computer applications - Strong decision-making abilities In this role, you will also be entitled to benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
