Our program serves as the bridge to overcome all barriers, facilitating the integration of non-EU professionals into the German job market. Experience: We are seeking individuals with two years or more of experience as Electricians, including Industrial electricians, Housing electricians, or Residential electricians. Job Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems for machinery and equipment. Set up wiring, circuit breakers, panels, and lighting systems. Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Diagnose and repair electrical faults using specialized testing equipment. Ensure all electrical work complies with German electrical codes and safety standards. Follow safety guidelines and protocols in the workplace. Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections. Report safety concerns or system inefficiencies to management. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members for project execution. Requirements ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech graduates are NOT eligible). Minimum of 2-5 years of industrial electrical work experience. Age Limit: 18-35 years Experience with high-voltage systems and automated machinery. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and PLCs. Familiarity with German electrical regulations is a plus. Valid electrician license (if required in Germany). Proficiency in English or German (preferred). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to relocate and work in Germany.
