Role Description:

This is a full-time role for our battery division which is new and aims to change the way batteries are produced in the future. The role title is Industrial Battery Researcher located on-site in Nagpur. You will be responsible for analysing the results from various battery related experiments and provide insights. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish a feedback loop.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in analysing laboratory tests
• Experience in battery technology and electrochemistry research
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in research
