Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and hands-on training in Industrial Automation
Teach PLC programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta)
Train students on SCADA, HMI, VFD, Servo Drives, Sensors, and Control Panels
Conduct practical lab sessions, demonstrations, and live industrial simulations
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
Guide students in projects, troubleshooting, and real-time applications
Monitor student performance and maintain academic records
Ensure lab equipment maintenance and safety compliance
Support placement and technical evaluations when required

Experience

1 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Automation / Teaching / Training
Industry experience preferred; training experience is an added advantage

Preferred Attributes

Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Industry certification in PLC/SCADA is an advantage
Willingness to update skills as per industry trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
