The most useless bank, avoid any services as much as possible. Basic services like phone number updation takes more than 3 months & the team with the branch manager has absolutely no clue about such a simple thing.

Third class services by branch.No one is bothered about customer's concern. I am 19 year old customer of bank. All staff ,reception,clearing,are not replying clearly and they are not capable of doing work in a banking system.
