The most useless bank, avoid any services as much as possible. Basic services like phone number updation takes more than 3 months & the team with the branch manager has absolutely no clue about such a simple thing. I'm avoiding taking names here.

This bank is a very bad bank. They open accounts by telling lies and the entire staff here is very dishonest. I request everyone not to open any account here.

Third class services by branch.No one is bothered about customer's concern. I am 19 year old customer of bank. All staff ,reception,clearing,are not replying clearly and they are not capable of doing work in a banking system.

Unprofessional, untrained, rude staff, they enjoying if customer getting troubles, nobody cares concerns of customers, One of the employee Priyanka parashar is very irresponsible don't know how to talk with customers. She seems frustrated with own life.
