Not a right approach towards the costumer. I had done KYC 5 days ago and its shown and they not evan send the request for if. I am trying to make contact with this bank I just got 1 contact number that Evan not working properly.. such a waste of time and effort..

No compliance for grevience filed by customer. Account blocked for no reason which is valid. If a cheque from party bounces is it fault of an customer. For that they had blocked the account and I am unable to make transaction in my account when I have balance in account.
Pathetic banking.

The staff is very helpful and cooperative. I visited 2 of their branches, one near vasant vihar and another branch at Naupada, Thane. Both the branches, the staff was helpful.
