Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements
  • Explain product details, designs, purity, weight, and pricing clearly
  • Assist customers in selecting jewellery as per their budget and preference
  • Handle counter sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain good customer relationships and follow up for repeat sales
  • Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters
  • Coordinate with billing and stock teams
  • Follow showroom policies and customer service standards

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Degree
  • 1–10 years of experience in jewellery showroom sales (preferred)
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Neat appearance and professional behaviour
  • Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, silver jewellery
  • Willingness to work on weekends and peak sales days
