Position: Procurement Representative Contingent

Location: Pune Kharadi

Working time : UK shift 12 pm 9 pm (cab facility)

Please note this is full time Contractual position & May after sometime convert into Permanent.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect categories.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor market trends and conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Manage RFQs, RFPs, and vendor selection processes.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost savings, supplier performance, and contract compliance.
Support digital procurement initiatives and process improvements.
