Title: Up Sales Executive – Indigo Airlines

Salary :- 25,000 to 35,000 Per Month

Location:- Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurgaon

Working Day :- 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass
• Freshers can be considered

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Promote and upsell Indigo services, add-ons, and offers.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Encourage repeat business through effective customer engagement.

Customer Handling

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding fares, bookings, and policies.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure satisfaction.

Operations & Reporting

• Maintain proper call logs and update customer records in the system.
• Follow standard sales processes, quality parameters, and compliance guidelines.
• Share feedback and market insights with the team for improvements.

Learning & Development

• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Adapt to new sales strategies and company updates.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Team player with an energetic personality.
