Job Description

Perform
data entry
and manage financial data with proficiency in
Excel
and
advanced Excel tools
(e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Prepare, post, and review
journal entries
to ensure accurate recognition of financial transactions.
Perform
balance sheet reconciliations
and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions.
Analyze
financial transactions and variances
,proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Prepare accurate and timely
cash forecasting statements
.
Support the
month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
processes to meet reporting deadlines.
Prepare comprehensive
financial reports
and support internal and external
audits
.
Ensure all accounting data and analyses are
accurate,timely, and compliant
with relevant accounting standards and policies.
Maintain a high level of
proficiency in financial systems
, including
Tally
, and other desktop applications used by the organization.
Monitor and manage
accounting close responsibilities
independently and efficiently.
Stay up to date with
financial accounting and regulatory requirements
and ensure adherence to internal policies.

Shift time 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM ( 100% Onsite)
