Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  data entry

  and manage financial data with proficiency in

  Excel

  and

  advanced Excel tools

  (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Prepare, post, and review

  journal entries

  to ensure accurate recognition of financial transactions.
• Perform

  balance sheet reconciliations

  and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions.
• Analyze

  financial transactions and variances

  , proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.
• Prepare accurate and timely

  cash forecasting statements

• Support the

  month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

  processes to meet reporting deadlines.
• Prepare comprehensive

  financial reports

  and support internal and external

  audits

• Ensure all accounting data and analyses are

  accurate, timely, and compliant

  with relevant accounting standards and policies.
• Maintain a high level of

  proficiency in financial systems

  , and other desktop applications used by the organization.
• Monitor and manage

  accounting close responsibilities

  independently and efficiently.
• Stay up to date with

  financial accounting and regulatory requirements

  and ensure adherence to internal policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  , including advanced functions and data analysis tools.

  and other accounting software.
• Solid understanding of

  financial accounting principles and practices

• Experience in

  journal entries, reconciliations, forecasting, and reporting

• Working knowledge of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) accounting, including deductions, filing, and returns.

• Understanding

  of salary payable processes, payroll accounting, and related statutory compliance.
