Role Overview: As a Social Media Manager at KRDS, a leading independent marketing agency specialized in digital and social media marketing, you will be responsible for managing Social Media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat) for clients. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to create and deliver social media and content-driven campaigns, liaising with clients to understand their needs, strategizing and planning content, managing communities, analyzing social media analytics, staying updated on industry changes, and contributing to brand events activation and media coverage. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver best-in-class social media and content-driven campaigns - Liaise with clients to understand their changing needs and adapt social media management approach accordingly - Strategize, plan, create, schedule, and distribute content including boost posts and paid media - Manage the community and monitor online conversations - Analyze social media analytics to gather actionable insights and generate monthly reports - Participate in highlighting brand events activation and media coverage - Stay up-to-date on industry changes to ensure clients are ahead of the curve on digital and social media Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a social media or content marketing agency with a proven portfolio in managing social media accounts - Deep understanding and strong working knowledge of all social media platforms - Well-versed in client relationship management and project management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Solid analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights - Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication - Rigorous, resourceful, sociable, creative, and self-motivated,
