More than month i have raised request for foreclosure status there is no response when we call customer care it never goes to executive to speak and resolve. If we put call back request call automatically ends no one speaks. Very very pathetic customer service and handling

worst service . Customer care number never answers calls and in case they answer , they abruptly disconnect ( happened multiple times ) . Office as well is not much helpful . High interest rates and will not reduce as per market conditions . Even service requests raised are not responded properly .

The worst bank ever, they intentionally make it so that you can't get any documents from them. You can request only one document at a time, and then they block you till that request is complete. Each request takes a week to process, so transferring the loan becomes impossible for you.
