I have taken home loan from IIFL. I have repaid the loan fully. Now I am unable to get back my original documents. The branch where we got the loan is closed. The customer care people don't know anything. We are stuck and don't know what to do next.

They chase us untill we take a loan from there end , if we try to call them for any inquiry they wnot even consider or wnot even pick our phone even if we call n number of times they wnot respect customers better to shift the services from this bank to others is a best advice I can give to every one

Worst service. A dedicated RM is allocated for my account, Mr Chary. Who never bothers to attend calls. This company has more interest in lending services ( financings) than Demat.
