Today I made a phone call to the above contact. He did not respond properly. He told me to call IIFL Securities toll free. Very Poor Service.

Wrost service, only one contact number available, and she is not bothered to attend calls. Finally, the customer is the sufferer.

Worst customer care. Went to settle debit balance to t nagar office and none of the employees turned up at least to meet and greet.they spoke to the customers through their office security which was much more worst. Felt bad as a customer.

No proper help, no proper follow ups, no proper RMs.... Everything is bad about IIFL... There is no office in the given address (for eg. Venkatnarayana Road, T.Nagar, Chennai). Absolutely useless customer service.
