They do not have any updates. They just don't know how to solve any silly matter. None are useful. I was very much happy with Karvy. They have the worst service, I have ever seen in my life. Not even 1 person is useful. So always manage with the main branch, that's Mumbai or Hyderabad branch.

Wrongly rated for less by people who are suffering due to reasons beyond control of IIFL staff of this office. They are very helpful & trying to cure the chronic issues sincerely. Those aggrieved only give reviews & those getting relief do not bother to be thankful.

No response from the email given . Am trying to close an account and they are most unhelpful . You cannot connect to customer care numbers as they say your number is not registered . Suddenly how is my number not registered? I am planning to complain to SEBI

Worst worst and super worst. Customer service response is zero. If you even want to repay your loan amount ,they will not response you. They need customers till the loan . After that they become strangers. Super high rate of interest compare to other Banks. Not even deserve 1 star
