Role Overview:
The Business Head - Gold Loan Vertical will lead, strategize, and expand the Gold Loan business across multiple states. This senior leadership role demands deep industry expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Expansion:
- Develop and implement strategies to scale the Gold Loan business- Identify new markets, set up branches, and drive profitability- Collaborate with leadership to achieve AUM targetsSales & Revenue Generation:
- Drive customer acquisition and portfolio expansion- Optimize pricing, interest rates, and product mixTeam Leadership & Performance Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales & operations team- Define KPIs and ensure goal achievementRisk Management & Compliance:
- Ensure sound risk assessment and regulatory compliance- Maintain portfolio quality and low NPAsStrategic Partnerships & Alliances:
- Forge partnerships with banks, fin techs, and key stakeholders- Leverage technology for customer experience and operational efficiency
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)- Experience: Gold Loan business (NBFC/BFSI)Skills:- Business expansion, risk management, and P&L leadership- Strategic thinking and operational excellence- Strong market insight into gold loan customer behaviour- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across regions
