INCHARGE-FOOD

You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the food section in a hypermarket located in Saudi Arabia. Your role as an Incharge - Food Section will require a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing food sections within hypermarkets. Your focus will be on maintaining high quality standards, operational efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include supervising the day-to-day activities of the hot food section to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards. You will be required to monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation to uphold consistent high-quality standards. Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations is crucial in this role. As the Incharge - Food Section, you will manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies as necessary to prevent shortages or overstocking, and oversee the training and development of staff in food preparation, safety protocols, and customer service. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently will also be part of your duties. This is a permanent position with the benefit of food provided.
