Incharge - Food Section

Location: Saudi Arabia

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Incharge -Food Section to oversee the operations of the food section in our hypermarket in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience managing food sections in hypermarkets, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hot food section, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Train and mentor staff in food preparation, safety procedures, and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Implement promotional activities
