Role Overview: You will be a GenAI professional with 2 to 4 years of experience supporting healthcare incentive compensation (IC) use cases. Your main responsibility will be to utilize AI tools to improve operational efficiency and provide data-driven insights for business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and implement Incentive Compensation (IC) use cases using the in-house GenAI platform. - Collaborate with business teams to understand IC requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. - Utilize the GenAI tool to set up data, configure prompts and pipelines, and adjust functions based on outcomes. - Test, validate, and optimize AI outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with healthcare business needs. Qualification Required: - 2 to 4 years of experience in GenAI expertise. - Experience or understanding of Incentive Compensation (IC) processes will be beneficial. - Exposure to healthcare data or analytics is a plus.
