Job Summary:

Hindi-speaking

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers and respond to queries professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information related to products, services, and processes.
Ensure first-call resolution by addressing customer concerns effectively.
Record and update customer details and interaction notes in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department for prompt resolution.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to service quality standards.
Meet daily/weekly call handling and productivity targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification:
Bachelors degree (mandatory).
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in
Hindi
(mandatory) and good communication skills in
English
;
Prior experience in a BPO/voice process is preferred but not mandatory (freshers with strong Hindi communication skills can apply).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills, CRM tools).
