Job Description: Adeeba e-Services is currently seeking a Senior Tech Sales Associate to join our team. As a Senior Tech Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from customers experiencing computer issues. You will be required to effectively diagnose the technical problems faced by the customers and provide them with suitable solutions. This will involve recommending the best technical support plan and relevant software to address the issues efficiently.
