The purpose of this position is to translate deployed strategy, business objectives, requirements from customers,
stakeholders as well as standards and regulatory requirements into technical inputs to establish value stream capable of fulfilling needs of customer and stake holder expectations, conforming to standards & guidelines as well as continuously enhancing value stream efficiency & effectiveness and achieve operational excellence.

. Bachelors degree in engineering (Mech, EEE, ECE or IP)

. Post Graduate Master's in Business Administration / M.Tech (Desirable)
. Certification in Quality Management, Statistical tools,Operations management, Data Analytics, Agile methodology (Desirable)

. Know how of Precision component Assembly & Testing Processes, Driving of Internal rejection reduction, IDC reduction strategy projects (as a Main responsibility)

Broad Knowledge and experience in

Above average skills in :- Systematic problem solving- Shainin, Six Sigma, 8D, PSS & other problem solving tools
Excellent skills in :- Communication, Leading teams in complex problem solving for Assembly processes General knowledge of :- IATF16949-QMS, VDA & ISO basic standards, Bosch Mfg guideline standards Experience in: Q Problem solving, Scrap data Analysis, IDC reduction Strategy Drives Other :- Ability to work in team, customer orientation, Ready to travel to customer locations
