Analytics and Reporting: Delivering HR reports and dashboards, Develop and implement HR analytics predictive modeling and trend analysis, to support HR initiatives.
Power BI Expertise: Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into HR metrics and trends.
Leadership Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
Dashboard Development: Create and maintain HR dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver reports
Compliance: Ensure all HR analytics activities comply with relevant data privacy and security regulations.
