Responsibilities-

CRM functional:

• Worked as functional for Last 4+ years

• Last 4+ years in Dynamics 365 & Power platform with Sales CRM domain experience

• Good communication, Team player and positive attitude

• Ability to individually contribute and manage BSA for the track on his own

• Scrum methodology

• Flexible to do testing as per the need

• Flexible to learn and adopt other technology

• Exposure to QA will be beneficial

Mandatory skill sets - Dynamics 365 CRM Functional : Sales , Service and Project Operations

• Preferred skill sets- specializes in CRM projects with requirement gathering, drafting requirement and design documentation of the CRM system, customizing the system, leading functional team and guiding technical team as well.

• Years of experience required- 4-8 Years

• Education Qualification - BE/BTech
