As an In-store Promoter, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience within our store. Your responsibilities will include actively promoting and demonstrating products, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and encouraging sales. By maintaining a visible presence on the sales floor, you will attract customer attention and drive traffic to specific products or promotions. It is essential to have a deep understanding of the products you are promoting, as well as the ability to provide accurate information to customers. You will also be involved in supporting sales targets, assisting with in-store events, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring the store layout is visually appealing and well-stocked. Collaboration with the store team is vital to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. A professional appearance in line with company standards is expected, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience is a plus. - Experience: Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
