Job Description

Description Location GradeC1 Position TitleSolution Architect Roles and Responsibilities- Analyse user requests submitted via the ServiceNow portal and translate them into actionable technical service designs. Identify improvements in service and guide the same to completion via Demand registration qualification and implementation. Utilize ServiceNow functionalities to design workflows automate processes and improve service delivery. Collaborate with internal Technical service teams (Virtualization Cloud Network etc) to understand available services and capabilities. Leverage your internal Group IT Knowledge to tailor ServiceNow portal offerings to specific user needs. Design correctly priced services by identifying contributors (i.e labour hardware license etc) to service costs. Advocate for business needs and champion continuous improvement of ServiceNow service delivery processes and frameworks. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and end-users. Possess broad technical knowledge to ensure service designs are technically sound and efficient. Good to have Skills: Prefer experience with ServiceNow backend (Order Guide Item Variables Workflow Tasks CI) Knowledge of Standard Services Premium Services Good to be Capgemini Architect L1 Certified Must to have Skills: Strong grasp of Data Center technologies (Virtualization Networking Storage Cloud ) along with the ability to apply those concepts in real-world scenarios Ability to analyse user needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Strong understanding of GIT services . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on user experience optimization. Named Job Posting?
