You ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. We are looking for a Senior Manager Technology with deep technical expertise, a strong leadership mindset, and a proven ability to work with enterprisescale systems. The ideal candidate will bring handson experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies, .Net, React, and modern software development. This role requires someone with a track record of delivering highquality software solutions while leading teams, engaging with stakeholders, and managing vendor relationships. If you are a highperforming individual with a passion for building scalable systems, driving engineering excellence, and mentoring teams, this role is for you. Handson development using .Net, React, and Typescript, following best coding practices. Architect, design, and deploy enterprisescale distributed systems. Implement and manage enterprise messaging patterns, eventdriven architectures, and event sourcing. Ensure highperformance, scalable, and secure applications using Azure Functions, Azure App Services, CosmosDB, Data Bricks, and APIM. Lead integration efforts with SharePoint and other enterprise platforms. Lead and mentor small to mediumsized engineering teams. Provide technical direction, encourage innovation, and drive team performance. Manage vendor teams and align them with the organization s technology strategy. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Drive Agile and DevOps methodologies to ensure efficient development cycles. Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment best practices. Own endtoend product lifecycle from design to development, deployment, and monitoring. Champion DomainDriven Design (DDD) and CQRS to build scalable, maintainable solutions. Mandatory skill sets Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies. Proven experience working on large enterprise distributed systems. Strong proficiency in .Net and React. Experience with enterprise messaging patterns, eventdriven applications, and event sourcing. Demonstrated experience in implementing, deploying, and managing systems in production. Experience managing small to mediumsized teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage vendor teams and inhouse resources effectively. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills. Experience with CosmosDB, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Data Bricks, APIM, and SharePoint. Availability to travel up to 50% of the time within India to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
