As an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress at Brown's Hotel, part of the prestigious Rocco Forte Hotels group, you will be an integral part of our dynamic In Room Dining team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our guests who are indulging in luxury dining experiences within the comfort of their rooms. Working closely with the assistant manager and supervisors, you will strive to exceed high guest expectations by providing discreet, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you should have a passion for fine food and wine, be confident, adaptable, and well-presented. Your efficiency, ability to learn quickly, and commitment to excellence will be crucial to your success. This position offers a 9-month maternity cover contract starting in September 2025, with a work schedule of 32 hours over 4 days per week.
