Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Python developers providing guidance and fostering best practices in code quality design and architecture. Design develop and maintain complex Python-based applications ensuring scalability security and performance. Architect and implement backend systems that integrate with various internal and third-party services using RESTful APIs microservices and cloud technologies. Drive technical decision-making helping shape the direction of projects frameworks and toolsets. Optimize and refactor existing systems for better performance and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product data science QA and design to deliver solutions that align with business goals. Ensure the high availability and resilience of the production environment. Establish and enforce best practices for code quality version control and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
