Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for In Patient Operations located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of inpatient services, ensuring efficient patient flow, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care. Responsibilities include managing patient admissions and discharges, monitoring inpatient care protocols, handling patient inquiries, and improving patient experience.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in healthcare operations is highly preferred
